Teasha kombucha

I crafted the brand for a kombucha company called TeaSha. My work included designing the labels for packaging as well as all illustrative work shown in the designs.

Teasha

A kombucha brand in India, TeaSha focuses on quality ingredients that go into the brewing processes. Their flavors are inspired by local produce and familiar ingredients that a appeal to customers new to kombucha. Since the focus is on the quality of the ingredients, the labels feature illustrations of the main flavoring ingredients to reflect the brand focus.

The original flavors

The base flavors released featured detailed illustrations of the flavouring ingredients. This went with the brand message focusing on the quality of the ingredients. All flavors were sourced locally in Pune India.

Teasha lite

Branching out, a lighter sparkling kombucha product was launched called TeaSha Lite. These products had simpler flavors but still focused on quality ingredients. To help differentiate this line of products, simpler artwork was used. Keeping the focus on the flavors, though with a simpler illustrative element.

teasha brand

In addition to the label work, I also created the branding for the TeaSha product. TeaSha is a play on the founders daughter’s name and tea leaves that make up the core ingredient in kombucha. I used a hand drawn lettering approach that elicited the tea leaf element.
