OVERVIEW

As part of The Coca-Cola Company’s Digital Services and User Experience group I worked with a team of content specialists, designers, and project managers to build internal tools that enabled employees easier access to the systems, services, and content they needed on a daily basis. I worked in as multi-disciplinary role focused on uplifting design quality of the internal tools within our purview while staying within the brand identity.


Coke starter

The Coca-Cola Company launched a program connecting departments in need of resources with employees seeking to further develop and/or expand their skillset. To facilitate this program the company built a digital platform where departments could post opportunities and employees could view and apply to these opportunities. Phase 1 of the project was to build a POC and launch the program. This ended in a success and the organization wanted to ready the digital platform for Phase 2, which would open the platform to all departments. During phase 2, I was tasked with leading a consultant on assessing areas for improvement, refine the visual feel of the platform and work with development on refining the final experience.

Coca-cola connect

The Coca-Cola Company re-designed their employee resources sites, creating a unified experience for all employees regardless of their geographic location called Connect. I was tasked to optimize the site experience during the development implementation as well as identify areas for improvement as the site was rolled out and we received usage feedback from users. Some areas I worked to improve was creating a more streamlined highlight carousel and more actionable and easier to access help resources. I also crafted documentation detailing the style guide for the Coca-Cola Connect site to help future improvements and maintenance of the site.

News digest

The company utilized a site to aggregate various news articles concerning The Coca-Cola Company for employees to stay updated. I was tasked with creating a concept for how we could re-vamp the existing design into a clean and streamlined version geared toward consumption on mobile devices.
